Refunds: All sales are final. NO REFUND. NO RESCHEDULE. Plan accordingly — we cannot make exceptions.
Age requirement: Standard workshops are 14+. Specialty kids workshops (7+) run only when scheduled. Minors must be accompanied by a paying adult in standard sessions.
Late arrivals: Strict 15-minute late policy. Workshops open with a mandatory safety briefing. More than 15 minutes late = forfeited spot, no refund.
Individual tufting: One frame per person. Every guest works on their own rug — no sharing frames.
No extra guests: The studio is reserved exclusively for paying participants. Non-participating guests, friends, or family are not permitted in the studio during workshops or private events.
Designs: Email your design to design@tuftspot.com before your session. Designs are traced AS IS — all edits must be made before submission.
