Homeschool Enrichment Curriculum
Fiber Arts & Textile Design — Hands-On Rug Tufting
I offer hands-on creative enrichment through fiber arts and textile design workshops at The Tuft Spot. In my classes, students learn the fundamentals of rug tufting while exploring design planning, color selection, and basic textile techniques. Each session guides students through the process of transforming an idea into a finished textile piece, encouraging creativity, focus, and problem-solving along the way.
Program Overview

My workshops are beginner-friendly and designed to help students build confidence while developing fine motor skills, spatial awareness, and artistic expression. Students learn how to safely operate tufting tools, transfer designs onto fabric, and complete their projects from start to finish in a supportive and engaging environment.

Classes are ideal for students who enjoy hands-on learning and creative activities outside of traditional classroom settings, including homeschool learners and students looking for artistic enrichment. My goal is to provide a fun and welcoming space where students can explore fiber arts, learn new skills, and experience the satisfaction of creating something unique with their own hands.
